CID Group provides comprehensive capital program management and owner’s representation services that span the entire project life cycle. These services are fully integrated with all other service providers (brokerage, design, facilities management, a client’s in-house departments, etc.) to insure seamless project completion.
The professionals of CID Group have worked diligently to thoroughly understand the concerns of all stakeholders in capital projects. Our principals and strategic consultants have been involved in projects from owner, designer, contractor, developer and subcontractor perspectives. This thorough understanding of different perspectives gives CID Group the ability to balance competing priorities among all parties and make timely, pragmatic decisions to bring projects to their successful conclusion.
The ability to intrinsically understand both the technical aspects of design/construction decisions and the financial implications (capital and operational) of those decisions distinguishes CID Group from other firms.
